MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Prepare sales plans and be responsible for the sales and profits of the B2B sales channel.
- Prepare plans to develop and take care of key and potential partners
- Attract and take care of travel agencies and tour operators customers.
- Directly participate in the negotiation and discussion with major partners about large-volume sales contracts and annual commitment contracts
- Coordinate with related departments and divisions to develop pricing policies and sales programs for partners
YÊU CẦU
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the position of hotel sales manager or B2B sales manager in travel agencies or similar positions.
- Good command of negotiation skills
- Have a strong network and connections in the tourism and hotel industry
